Acadia National Park:
Whales & Natural Wonders

Acadia National Park is an area rich with wildlife and scenic beauty. This national jewel is comprised of 17
mountains that rise from the sea and a glacier-carved landscape. The Acadia experience offers spectacular
views of pink granite cliffs, evergreen forests that touch the sea, the only fjord in the eastern U.S. and an abundance of wildlife: peregrine falcons, bald eagles, foxes, beavers, osprey, seals, whales and more. If you are an early riser, be the first in the U.S. to see the sun rise atop Cadillac Mountain. We'll take you biking on Acadia's famous auto-free carriage roads built by the Rockefeller family. You'll swim in a pristine lake, kayak in sheltered
bays, and enjoy the beauty of Acadia National Park in all its splendor.

We'll visit historic Bar Harbor, a beautiful waterfront resort town that was once the summer playground of such families as the Rockefellers, Fords, and Morgans. Walk past mansions of yesteryear, check out the shops and galleries, and then head to Ben & Bill's for some lobster ice cream! At the end of the day, relax at our waterfront accommodations.
